Laura is the former VPHR of Booth Creek Resorts and current president of Tahoe Training Partners, a human resources and management training solutions consulting firm located near Lake Tahoe, California founded in 2007. As a coach to greater than 500 leaders, Laura facilitates 360 feedback, the analysis of responses to address specific behaviors to eliminate or modify and the process of “Advertising” to follow up with feedback providers once an action plan has been created. Commitment and accountability are measured by a second follow up 360 evaluation.
